It is always possible to pay for school trips and activities in instalments to help with your budget.  If paying online, as detailed below, is not possible for you, payments may be made by credit card to the school office or by cheque (payable to Clandon C of E Primary School).  The school office is no longer able to accept cash payments, owing to difficulties in banking cash.  Please see letter below from School Business Manager regarding cashless payments.

Clandon School uses +Pay on ParentMail – an online payment service which allows you to pay for school items quickly and easily on your smartphone, tablet or computer.  

We will inform you about items you need to pay through ParentMail, and you will be able to pay electronically, using credit or debit cards as well as PayPal and PayPoint.

If you have an Android or Apple smartphone, we highly recommend you download the free ParentMail App if you have not done so already, so that you can make easy, online payments on the go.  To do this, simply search for “ParentMail” in your App store.

Please note, payments made using +Pay will show on your bank statement as ParentMail.
